Billing & Shipping Information

Flat Rate $9.95 Shipping on orders LESS than $250.00 USD, FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $250.00 USD to the "LOWER 48" UNITED STATES ONLY (THE AUTOMATED SHIPPING CALCULATOR FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES CAN OFTEN TIMES BE INCORRECT...please contact us for other shipping quotes, or we will be more than happy to package your items for free if you can arrange shipping on your carrier's account and supply us with a label). 

***Free shipping will be excluded on some items with fixed shipping costs and special freight requirements such as, but not limited to: ARB Bumpers & Bulky Expedition Equipment, Axle Housings, Crankshafts, Cylinder Heads, Engines, Transmissions, and Transfer-Cases.***

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or by air for varying reasons.  (PLEASE EMAIL US PRIOR TO PURCHASING IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE)

Handling Times

 All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, typically this is closer to a 24 hour time window.

 We use a combination of the following carriers to deliver our orders based upon which carrier can provide the best value for the particular item/s needing shipped:

 Order Tracking

 On orders shipping direct from us we will include your email address in the shipping label system so that you will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information from the carrier.  In the event that one or more of the items on your order requires shipment direct from the manufacturer or one of their distribution warehouses we will forward any tracking information as soon as it is received.  

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order, and we failed to get the website's listed availability updated in time, we will contact you to see if you would like to receive the items we currently have in stock or if you prefer to wait until everything can ship complete. You will not be charged for any additional shipping and handling on the additional shipment/s.  You will also have the right to cancel a portion or the entire order so that you can continue the hunt for your particular parts needs so you can rover once more. 

 Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase, so please immediately inspect all orders upon receipt for proper fitment and to inspect for damage possibly received during its long journey to you.  Under most circumstances the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs on any items.  Warranted parts will be shipped back to the customer at our expense.

Return Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable if the original packaging is lost or damaged and the item/s have been installed. This holds especially true for electronic items (please keep in mind that nobody else is going to want a distributor that has been installed and has cut/stripped wires along with greasy finger-prints covering it and the packaging).

Product that has been altered or damaged from a failed or improper installation attempt will not be accepted for return or exchange. If it doesn't fit, please do not force it and cause damage to the part, the vehicle, or yourself. Contact us and we will get your dilemma straightened out so you can be back on your way.  

Restocking Fees

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund amount to cover the additional credit card transactions fees we incur. We also cannot refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the initial order. In the event that we made an error you will be eligible for a full refund of the entire transaction amount plus shipping.  

Exchanges

Restocking fees will be waived in the event you need to exchange an item for something of equal value.  No fees are charged on exchanges because we do not incur additional transaction fees through our credit card merchant account.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order 100% for any reason your credit card can be refunded for the full order or only the amount on the item we cannot supply based upon your choice and the needs of your current situation.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address 
Items Ordered

Additional Information Gathered

In addition to order details we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent and follow-up on hacking attempts and credit card fraud, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing in that particular geographic region. 

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE,....EVER!!!

Security and Storage

Only your order contents data, billing/shipping address, and contact information is stored at our facility. The credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted over a secured web server and automatically processed. We do not store your Credit Card data, nor do we have access to it.  For returns we will need to gather your card information again as we do not keep it on file.
